Puppies, like children, will need to be taught essential life skills and boundaries such as impulse control, listening and manners so they can learn how to be well behaved and safe in our busy world...
During puppy classes we teach life skills to help keep a puppy safe.
We also provide guidance on how to help your puppy be emotionally resilient, happy and fulfilled.
We do not simply focus on obedience exercises but discuss how your puppy may be feeling in a situation whether that be happy, hesitant or worried and how to spot signs and how to support them.
Our sessions, as well as 5 hours of in person training include an online course, Facebook community group, and a certificate and a FREE toilet training course worth £60.
They are held at Marlborough Road Methodist Church, St Albans, AL1 3XG - they are held for 1 hour per week for 5 weeks (please check that dates are consecutive as sometimes I have a little holiday!)
We teach you how to teach your puppy to settle, come back when you call them, walk politely on the lead, impulse control, and fun games and tricks to play with them.
We also give guidance on body language so you can spot signs that your dog is happy and comfortable.

Can't make it?
Why not purchase our online puppy course. Click here.
Why does it cost this?
Our sessions a certificate, an easy peasy platform to access videos and worksheets (for life!), 5 one hour sessions with a trainer and behaviourist (so you get the benefit of both elements). Lisa grauated with the Uni of Edinburgh Royal vet college. The behaviour and training industry is unfortunately unregulated meaning ANYONE can call themselves a trainer or behaviourist. This can result in people using outdated methods that can damage your relationship with your puppy and cause behavioural challenges.
Exclusively for graduates (pre and post!)
